Patrice Scagliotti of Inner 10 Firearms Training & Christian Vara of C3 Firearms Training will be conducting an Instructor Development Workshop at Blue Ridge Cherry Valley Rod & Gun Club.

The Instructor Development Workshop consists of 8 hours of in-depth learning from top instructors, teaching you the best methods to use when instructing your students.

Each workshop consists of a small, limited class size to increase active participation, which enhances the learning environment and method retention.

In this workshop you will learn: 

• How to effectively teach your students any subject through proven methods used by the best instructors in the industry. 

• How to utilize the building-blocks, simple to complex approach to learning. 

• To engage your students in the learning process through multiple individual teach-back opportunities.  

• To effectively use training aids in your instruction. 

• Best practices when working with co-instructors and/or guest speakers. 

Each lesson module is set up with one thing in mind, Success! 

The goal of this course is to produce highly skilled, confident instructors who can teach anything using the methods learned in this workshop.
