TERMS OF SALE – EVENT POLICY
Inner 10 Firearms Training, LLC appreciates your interest in our programs and your investment in our courses. We take the working relationship with our host venues very seriously. Being invited to be their guest and teach at their facility is a great honor.
Scheduling these programs requires logistical planning and a financial investment both on our part and that of the host range. This commitment to offering a professional and high quality experience for all involved means unexpected cancellations can be very problematic as courses often sell out early.
Therefore, we have a very strict refund policy that applies to all classes, lectures, seminars, workshops and private lessons.
Please be sure that you have read and understand the policy before enrolling in a class or scheduling an event. If you have a conflict and cannot attend, please contact us immediately.
Terms of Sale: Payment in full is due at the time of enrollment to secure a space in a course/event and/or upon agreement to secure the date of a planned lecture or seminar. Dates cannot be held without full payment or an agreed upon deposit for the instruction/event. When an invoice is issued, the payment due date will be indicated on the invoice. Payments submitted after the due date may be subject to late fees.
Student/Client Cancelation: More than 61 Days Before Class
If a student/client cancels 61 days or more before a class, tuition/payment is eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Student/Client Cancelation: 60 Days Before Class
If a student/client cancels between eight and sixty days before the scheduled date, that tuition/payment is not refundable. However, the tuition/payment can be applied to another Inner 10 Firearms Training, LLC class. This tuition/payment credit must be used within 18 months of the date of the originally scheduled event, or it is forfeited.
Student/Client Cancelation: One Week Before Class
If a student/client cancels seven days (or less) before the scheduled event, or does not show up on the scheduled date, that student’s/client's tuition/payment is forfeited and cannot be applied to any other event.
In the event that Inner 10 Firearms Training, LLC cancels an event you are welcome to the following options:
1) Full refund of your enrollment fee
2) Transfer into another event, based on availability, on the current schedule of your choosing
3) Credit toward future training

Inner 10 Firearms Training, LLC Rescheduling:
In the event that Inner 10 Firearms Training, LLC needs to reschedule an event, Inner 10 Firearms Training, LLC will do so within a reasonable time frame to meet the needs of the students/clients involved. Original payments will be honored.
Host Facility Cancelation:
No refunds will be issued for classes that are not canceled by Inner 10 Firearms Training, LLC.
Should the host facility choose to cancel (or is directed by State/Local Public Health officials), an identical course/event at the same or similar location will be rescheduled within the next calendar year. If students/clients cannot attend the rescheduled course/event, they should contact Inner 10 Firearms Training, LLC directly to identify alternative courses of action, such as applying payment to another course/event.
Natural Disaster or Restricted Travel at a State or Federal Level:
Should the Host Venue, State, or the State of Pennsylvania, declare a travel ban, natural disaster, or state of emergency or should other travel bans be implemented by State or Federal authorities which may require the cancelation of a course/event, Inner 10 Firearms Training, LLC will reschedule an identical course/event at the same location within the next calendar year. No refunds will be issued due to a State or Federal travel ban related class cancelation. If students/clients cannot attend the rescheduled course/evvent, they should contact Inner 10 Firearms Training, LLC directly to identify alternative courses of action.
