Pistol Proficiency

Description

This class is an intermediate level class, intended for individuals who can demonstrate the basic rules of safe firearm handling and are familiar with the operation of their pistol. Note: Attendees can shoot the courses of fire either from a holster or by retrieving the firearm from a table or barrel. The class focuses on the fundamentals of pistol shooting beyond that of a basic level, addressing practical defensive and competition applications. All instruction takes place downrange of the shooting stalls and is designed to build upon previous, basic training in the following: -Grip -Stance -Trigger control -Steps of the holster draw/presentation -Target transitions -Use of static cover positions -Moving between multiple points of cover -Movement while shooting Please contact us at 570-650-7676 prior to registering if you have any questions. *NOTE: Any cancellations within 48 hours of the class's start time will result in forfeiture of your class tuition.
